Overview of Resources:
State Assessment Data
State Assessment Data provides a web-based tool used to analyze and disaggregate student state TAKS testing data. Data can be evaluated at every level of the organization including district, campus, classroom and individual student. Data can be used in all facets of district and campus planning as well as to impact classroom instruction and intervention activities.
Local Assessment Data (Under Construction)
Local Assessment Development and Data Disaggregation allows for the development and scoring of TEKS based assessments. Local assessment data can be collected, disaggregated and analyzed to provide teachers with valuable student performance data.
District & Campus Planning (Under Construction)
District and Campus Systemic and Strategic Planning provides a framework for comprehensive needs assessment data and the resulting district systemic plan and associated strategic plans. The combination of data, needs assessment, plans and evaluations in one location brings order and consistency to the planning process.
Student Growth (Under Construction)
Student Growth Analysis provides data reports and visual representations for individual student growth based on state testing data including the vertical scale scores and Texas projection measures. This will allow for easier interpretation of data to impact the planning and implementation of instruction and interventions.
Maintenance of Effort (Under Construction)
The Maintenance of Effort (MOE) Calculation allows for the computation and analysis of the Maintenance of Effort financial data required for any district receiving and expending federal funds. This will ensure that districts maintain their services and expenditures from year to year as mandated by federal statute.
Accountability Predictor (Under Construction)
The Accountability Predictor enables a district and/or campus to predict accountability performance for both the state and federal accountability systems based on current test data. Prediction data can be examined as a component of a comprehensive needs assessment impacting planning and decision making.
